Congratulations on taking steps toward completing college coursework while in high school!  This is the Start College Now application form for courses held at WCTC.  Each form can hold six (6) course requests.  You will need to initiate another form after this one has been completed if you have more than six courses you would like to request for Spring 2026.

Please complete the form in its entirety, including checkboxes.  After a student has submitted this application, it will automatically go to the parent/guardian you list below for review and signature.  Please make sure to double check name spellings and email addresses before initiating this application.
