INSTRUCTIONS:
If there is a Spouse or Seller #2, UNCHECK the box and add seller #2’s name and email address so they can sign this document electronically. Seller #1 must complete all fields of the listing contract including seller(s) full name(s), property listing address, listing date and expiration date, listing price, and the buyer’s agent commission. The listing date MUST be the date your listing goes LIVE. Once the seller #1 has signed, seller #2 will be emailed the contract to sign electronically.
